As a Senior Operations Analyst at Accion Venture Lab, Urja works to assist with fund operations, supports fundraising and business development efforts, and manages relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Prior to joining Accion, Urja worked at Dunzo. She also co-founded Doshi’s Kitchen along with her mother during the pandemic. In this venture in Gujarat, India, they trained women to manufacture pickles. 

Urja graduated from the University of Toronto, with a specialization in Finance and Economics. She is based in Mumbai, India.
