As an Analyst for Accion Digital Transformation, Srinivasan Govindan is responsible for transaction support, due diligence, market research, company analysis, and investment proposals. He also assists with creating valuation models, analyzing portfolio company trends, and team communication.

Before joining Accion, Srinivasan worked with Citi as an Investment Banking Analyst, supporting Investment Banking teams globally and covering building materials for capital markets, M&A advisory pitches, and transactions. He has worked closely with clients in market research and industry landscaping and has experience building financial models.

Srinivasan holds a Master’s degree, specializing in finance and economics, from the University of Sydney and is a CFA Level 3 candidate.
