Pratiti Dasgupta serves as Operations Analyst, Accion Venture Lab, and is currently based in Kolkata, India. In this role, Pratiti covers fund operations, provides fundraising and business development support, and manages relationships between internal and external stakeholders. 

Prior to joining Accion, Pratiti worked as a Research Analyst with National Investment and Infrastructure Fund Limited (NIIFL), the sovereign anchored alternative asset manager of India, in the investor relations and Macro Research vertical. She also has experience as an operator at various venture-backed high growth start-ups.

Pratiti holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Calcutta.
