Paolo Limcaoco is a Principal serving on Accion Venture Lab. In this role, Paolo leads the firm’s investment activities in Southeast Asia including sourcing pipeline, due diligence, transaction execution, and active portfolio management.

Paolo has over ten years of experience across impact investing and investment banking. Prior to joining Venture Lab, Paolo was the Southeast Asia Investment Manager for LGT Venture Philanthropy, the global impact investing arm of the LGT Group where he was responsible for the activities and investments in the region. Paolo also worked for the Mango Fund in Uganda and started his career in investment banking.

Paolo holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a bachelor’s degree from Ateneo de Manila University.
