As part of Accion Advisory, Kwashie Agbitor is the Director responsible for credit and business processes. Kwashie brings more than fifteen years of experience in MSME finance in developing countries with an emphasis on branch operations, credit appraisals, risk management, methodology audits, process mapping, product development, client protection, and social performance. He has worked with financial institutions in Africa and Myanmar, and was a trainer for the Smart Campaign, a program previously managed by the Center for Financial Inclusion at Accion, and the Microfinance Distance Learning Program.
