As a Senior Investment Analyst, Accion Emerge, Kiran supports the growth of portfolio companies in financial services and other relevant industries, assists the team’s investment officers with their portfolio management functions, and supports the development of pipeline investment opportunities. Kiran also plays a key role on Accion’s internal audit team around the creation of portfolio company valuations. Most recently, Kiran worked for Deloitte India in the Financial Services practice focused on business valuation and financial modelling for start-ups and growth stage companies, business development, and client profiling for the south India region. During the summer of 2020, Kiran joined the Emerge team as a volunteer.

Kiran graduated from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies with an MBA. Kiran’s key areas of expertise are investor relations, business valuations, transaction advisory and financial modelling. Apart from work, Kiran enjoys reading non-fiction books, travelling and origami.
