Katherine (Katie) Hallaran is Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships. In this role, Katie develops and manages key partnerships that advance the Venture Lab’s strategic initiatives and portfolio support services. Most recently, Katie worked at Pact Ventures, where she focused on market-based solutions and private sector partnerships across financial inclusion, climate, and supply chain transparency.

Previously, Katie worked at USAID-funded Development Innovations (DI) as a Sustainability Consultant with a focus on corporate partnerships. She has experience advising funders on digital strategies and platforms to increase engagement, scale, and impact and founded a youth workforce training business in Cambodia. She spent her early career in marketing for a consumer goods brand. Katie holds a master’s degree from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a bachelor’s in History, and Law and Society from Skidmore College.
