Eugenia Shevchenko is the Head of Community, Accion Venture Lab. In this role, Eugenia creates powerful connections within our founder network and the fintech ecosystem, creates events and experiences to build deeper connections, and builds pathways to share our learnings across the inclusive fintech community at large.

Prior to joining Venture Lab, Eugenia was the Head of Platform at Seedstars, managing the Seedstars Growth Track and leading the Value Creation Platform for 80 portfolio companies around the world. Eugenia also has experience as a large events planner and served as an International Relations Officer at Babi Yar Holocaust Memorial Center.

Eugenia holds Masters Degrees in International Relations & Spanish Translation from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Ukraine) and the University of Nicosia (Cyprus).
