Elisa Shechtman serves as Fund Operations Manager, Accion Impact Management. Elisa’s robust experience with fund management and operations contributes to Accion’s mission of building a more financially inclusive world. Her prior roles include leadership positions at ProShare Advisors, LLC in Bethesda, Maryland, where she facilitated new processes, tools, and regulatory changes while driving portfolio initiatives and goals.

Elisa started her career at the Natixis Group in Paris, France, and has a bachelor’s degree in international economics from the American University of Paris.
