Devraj Hom Roy acts as a Senior Manager, Portfolio Engagement, Accion Venture Lab. In this role, Devraj helps provide post-investment strategic and operational support to Venture Lab’s portfolio founders and leaders, and contributes to Venture Lab’s perspectives on topics within the inclusive fintech space.

Before joining Accion Venture Lab, Devraj led product strategy with consumer lending at GoTo financial, the fintech arm of GoTo group. Previously, he has worked in management consulting to advise financial service providers on cases topics such as as profitability, operational efficiency, go-to-market strategies, pricing, and product development. Devraj has also worked in international development with a focus on financial inclusion and equitable education.

Devraj holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business specializing in finance and strategy. He also holds a Computer Science and Engineering undergraduate degree.
