As part of Accion Advisory, Devika Misra is the Senior Manager, Data Management and Analytics. In this role, she plays a key part in assisting our partners in the development of data strategies aimed at enabling partner Financial Institutions (FIs) to harness data strategically. Devika also contributes to the enhancement of data quality throughout the entire value chain, from data capture to analytics, and the definition of methodologies. This is done to ensure that FIs effectively leverage data. Moreover, Devika represents Accion as an advisor to our clients, fosters client relationships, and provides support for a wide range of data utilization scenarios for our clients.

Prior to joining Accion, Devika worked at Microfinance Institutions Network (MFIN) as an Assistant Vice President of Information Hub & Advocacy. She has also worked as an Analyst of Institutional Assessment in Micro-Credit Ratings International Limited (MCRIL). Devika completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA).
