Balaji Parthasarathi is the Data Management and Analytics, Senior Director, Asia in our Advisory team based in India. In this role, Balaji represents Accion as a technical expert in the areas of data and technology to our partners in the Asia region. He advises Accion’s partners on the planning and implementation of strategies that leverage data, technology and automation to transform their business processes to drive customer growth and operational efficiency.

Balaji brings over 18 years of experience across product, services and industry. He has previously worked at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank as the Chief Technology Officer, building the foundation for the bank; this covered implementing the entire technology and business infrastructure for all lines of business within a year of commencement. Balaji also worked at Hewlett-Packard Designing and architecting the transformation of a 2.7 Bn USD (in assets), legacy bank into a Digital Bank. Balaji holds a degree from Birla Institute of Technology and a PGDBA from the Indian Institute of Management.
